Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours or more in advance. The latest you can reschedule or cancel is until 6 hours before the session. If you need to reschedule or cancel later than 6 hours before your scheduled session, email me at helpmewrite@proofraed.biz. Additionally, if I am not contacted for rescheduling or cancellation, I will wait 10 minutes before I consider the session to be a no-show session. A rescheduled session in less than 24 hours will result in a 50% refund. A cancelled session in less than 24 hours or no-show sessions will be not be refunded.
